Terms of use
The terms for the Pickle Call app and picklecall.app: Apple’s licence, purchases, acceptable use and contact.
These terms cover the Pickle Call app and picklecall.app, made by Kallos Labs (“we”). By using the app you agree to them.
Apple’s terms
Pickle Call is licensed to you through the App Store. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA, at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) applies, together with these terms. If they conflict, Apple’s EULA wins. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support; we are.
Purchases
Pickle Call offers one in-app purchase, Pickle Call Unlock: a one-time purchase, never a subscription. It adds the Apple Watch app, voice scoring, stats, CSV export of your match history, games to 15 or 21, rally scoring, best of 3 or 5 matches, full history, saved players and teams, and the iPad scoreboard. Apple sells and bills it and handles refunds (reportaproblem.apple.com). Family Sharing is on. To restore it on a new device, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase.
Acceptable use
Don’t copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it to share unlawful content.
Playing safely and keeping score
Keep your attention on play and on the people around you; check your watch or phone between rallies, not during them. Pickle Call is a score keeping aid: the players or the official in charge of a game decide the score, and Pickle Call is not an official scoring system for any event.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kallos Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above. Contact: contact@picklecall.app.
