About Pickle Call
Pickle Call is a pickleball score keeper made by Kallos Labs. It exists so the score and the call are always right, and nobody has to stop play to work them out.
Who makes Pickle Call
Pickle Call is made by Kallos Labs, a small independent app studio. We make apps for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch that do one job well and keep your data on your devices.
How the app is made
Every scoring rule lives in one tested package shared by the iPhone, iPad and Watch apps: side-out and rally scoring, the 0-0-2 start, server 1 and 2, positions, end changes, game and match point, and undo. The rules were checked against the current official rulebook change document and officiating handbook, and full matches were replayed rally by rally against hand-kept scorecards.
How the guides are written
Guides are researched from published sources, which every guide lists, and checked against what the app really does. When we get something wrong, write to contact@picklecall.app and we correct it.
